I recommend Suzanne Nurse as a school board Trustee, she has great knowledge and deep understanding of the issues within Brampton’s diverse community. It was a great privilege to work with her, she demonstrated an immense capability of resolving issues with great care and sensitivity.

I do thank you so much for everything you have done for our community and especially our children. If anyone ever asks about what I think of my trustee, I will shout out loud that you seem to be the only one that cares or even goes above and beyond your duties. We are very lucky to have you on our side.

We always appreciate your visible and sustained support of this event (Peel Mock Trials).  Your appearance does not go unnoticed. I hope that this year voters will again “reward” you and send you back to us given the passion and commitment that you bring to the role of trustee.   You remain a powerful (in the best sense of that word) role model for all our students…and our staff.

Over the past four years I have been able to work with Suzanne at three different schools, covering elementary, middle and secondary. Every year she has attended council meetings, bringing important information to schools and responding to parents concerns. I have also seen her in attendance at various assemblies and school activities, so students are getting to know her as well. Suzanne is very approachable and responds quickly when a concern is raised. She participates on many committees of the Board and is interested in improving education for all students.

On behalf of —School Council, I wanted to thank you for attending our last meeting.  I think the message was important and the school has sent a letter home with report cards today that can be signed and sent on. Your ongoing support is sincerely appreciated.

I just want to thank you for what you have done to help our son.  He is much happier and so are we.

I wanted to thank you for your concern when I spoke to you earlier today about the busing issue with — Secondary School.  While talking to various people in the school board/government not one person expressed concern about kids safety.  You were the only person who did and I want to thank you.
