Biography
Suzanne Nurse, a Brampton resident for over 15 years, is committed to making a difference within the Peel District Public School Board.
Mrs. Nurse graduated from Ryerson University with Bachelor of Applied Arts in Food and Nutrition and a minor in Marketing. For 10 years, she worked as a Project Manager in the private sector.
After the birth of her second child, she decided to leave the private sector and stay at home to provide her children with a solid foundation for learning and development.
In 2006, Suzanne’s vision for parents and children understanding that there are no limits to what can be accomplished at school, led to her decision to successfully run for school board Trustee. Over the past four years, Suzanne has enjoyed the challenges associated with her work as a Trustee in Wards 2, 9 & 10 and feels privileged to serve the community.
She is excited about the opportunity of re-election and building on the successes of the past four years. Suzanne is looking forward to representing the residents of Wards 2 & 6.
Suzanne lives in Ward 2 with her husband and two children.
